This Privacy Policy explains how FlipDrive IQ handles information when you use the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address and display name; authentication and security information; vehicle information you submit; analysis history; Garage and marketplace information; community forum posts and comments; subscription and billing status; support communications; and technical logs used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. FlipDrive IQ does not need to store full payment-card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and related information under Stripe's own privacy terms.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide vehicle analyses, operate accounts, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, deliver password-reset and account emails, provide customer support, detect abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and improve the product.

Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that support core operations, including hosting, payment processing, transactional email, vehicle/market data, analytics, security, and infrastructure services. We do not sell payment-card information.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, analysis, Garage, security, and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Security

FlipDrive IQ uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update your account email or password through the Account page. Subscription management is available through the billing tools provided in the service. You may contact support with privacy-related questions or requests.

Marketing email is optional and is off unless you turn it on. It is separate from account email such as password reset. You can turn it off on the Account page or with the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We do not copy email addresses into analytics dashboards, Marketplace records, or public APIs.

Free accounts may see advertising, including a short rewarded video that unlocks one additional analysis, when an ad provider is configured. FlipDrive PRO (7-day free trial, then $7.99/month, cancel anytime) does not include advertising. Ad providers receive only what their tag requires to display an ad. We do not sell payment-card information, and we do not build extra analytics profiles from names, emails, or payment details for advertising.

Children

FlipDrive IQ is intended for users who can legally enter contracts and participate in vehicle-related transactions in their jurisdiction. The service is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change.
