Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

FlipDrive PRO is a 7-day free trial, then $7.99/month, cancel anytime. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged the first month. You may cancel through FlipDrive IQ's billing management tools. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until that date.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring price unless canceled before the next renewal.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable. FlipDrive IQ may review refund requests manually for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, verified technical failures that prevented use, or prompt accidental renewals with little or no service usage.

Partial Months

Canceling during a billing period does not normally result in a prorated refund. Access continues through the paid period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a payment is under an active card dispute or chargeback, refund handling may be restricted by the payment processor until the dispute is resolved.
