Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlipDrive IQ. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What FlipDrive IQ Provides

FlipDrive IQ provides software tools that help users evaluate used-vehicle opportunities using market information, comparable listings, repair-risk estimates, projected margin/ROI calculations, and decision-support outputs such as Buy, Negotiate, Caution, Pass, and Max Buy targets.

2. No Guarantee of Vehicle Value or Profit

All valuations, repair estimates, comparable data, projected resale values, margins, scores, and recommendations are estimates only. Market conditions, vehicle condition, title history, undisclosed damage, repair needs, taxes, fees, financing costs, transportation, auction fees, and other factors can materially change the actual result.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for independently inspecting vehicles, verifying title and ownership information, confirming legal compliance, reviewing vehicle-history information where appropriate, and making your own purchase, repair, resale, financing, and tax decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscriptions

FlipDrive PRO is a 7-day free trial, then $7.99/month, cancel anytime. Checkout collects a card up front. The trial converts to a paid subscription after 7 days unless you cancel. One trial is available per customer. After the trial, paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, and access remains through the end of the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for period end.

6. Usage Limits

Free accounts include 3 vehicle analyses per calendar month (UTC). After those are used, watching a short rewarded video can unlock one additional analysis at a time. The included allowance refreshes at 00:00 UTC on the 1st. Unused rewarded analyses do not expire at month end, and only one can be waiting. Free accounts may post up to 5 new Marketplace listings per calendar month (UTC). Listings already posted stay visible. FlipDrive PRO includes unlimited analyses for normal use and unlimited Marketplace posts, aside from a short-window limit that blocks automated bursts. Usage limits, features, and pricing may change prospectively with reasonable notice.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellation handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where FlipDrive IQ approves an exception.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

FlipDrive IQ may rely on third-party payment processors, data providers, hosting providers, email providers, and other services. Availability and accuracy of third-party data and services cannot be guaranteed.

9. Marketplace Features

If marketplace functionality is available, FlipDrive IQ provides software tools for displaying listings and related information. FlipDrive IQ is not the buyer, seller, dealer, broker, escrow agent, or title agent in transactions between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with service operation, scrape or redistribute protected service data, use stolen payment methods, create accounts for abuse or fraud, or access another user's account without authorization.

Community forum posts and replies must stay lawful and relevant to used-car flipping. FlipDrive IQ may hide content that is abusive, misleading, spam, or unrelated to the forum.

11. Service Availability

The service may be modified, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security concerns, or other operational reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipDrive IQ is not liable for losses arising from vehicle purchases, resale losses, repair costs, missed profits, inaccurate third-party data, financing decisions, taxes, fees, or business decisions made using the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
